Working From Home (non-sales staff)

We understand the importance of our staff’s work-life balance. That’s why we allow our non-sales staff the option of working from home up to 2 days a week.

Flexi-time & Reduced Working Hours

As we know, not one size fits all. We offer the opportunity for our non-sales staff to work their contracted hours between our core office hours of 9am- 4pm Monday- Thursdays and 9am-3:30pm on Fridays. Our Sales teams working hours are based on their performance. Our Account Managers work 9am-4pm daily and our Senior Account Managers receive the perk working 9am- 3:30pm daily. Our top Senior Account Managers have the greatest perk of only working daily hours of 9am-3pm. We also offer adhoc early finishes on days where our team targets have been achieved as a way of rewarding our teams even further, with our teams sometimes finishing as early as 12pm!

Opportunity to Attend VIP Events

After all, who wouldn’t want to attend one of our VIP events? Our staff definitely do! That’s why we offer incentives to attend anything from Royal Ascot to the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix and everything and anything in between. We also offer our staff the opportunity to purchase any packages they may be interested in at a reduced price.

28 days holiday, increasing with length of service

All our employees start off with 28 days annual leave, including bank holidays. This increases by one day for every year of service. Our top performers receive an enhanced annual leave entitlement of 38 days including bank holidays. That’s almost a whopping 8 weeks off per year!

Wellbeing

We take the wellbeing our employees very seriously. We therefore offer a range of benefits to support our staff’s physical, mental and financial health including: Gym Memberships, Access to an Employee Assistance Programme, Monthly Company wellbeing events such as Zumba, yoga & financial planning workshops.

It all started over 20 years ago when, as a totally naïve 23-year-old, I co-founded Imperial Corporate Events. Was it good luck or good judgment? Nobody will ever know for certain but either way, the journey started and, by hook and by crook, here we are today! I am super proud of what we have all created, overcome and achieved in that time here at ICE and am wholeheartedly looking forward to the next 20 years.

I am a Director and co-founder of Imperial Corporate Events. We started our journey the thick end of 21 years ago and I struggle to believe I am still as passionate about the business all these years later. My day to day job is immersed in the supply chain and the miracle is that my fellow colleagues have finally persuaded me to give up paper!! Not easy considering I am an out and out technophobe. Whatever happened to the good old-fashioned letter or fax machine? Those were the days!! I still enjoy my job immensely and I am super proud of the business that we have created. However, the thing I am most proud of is the people that work within our business because honestly, without them, we really don’t have a business at all.

I started at Imperial almost 16 years ago as a 20-year-old former Wallpaper manufacturer, with no sales experience and even less life skills. I climbed through the ranks at Imperial to my current position of Head of Sales. During my time here, I have experienced some of the best life has to offer, from Michelin-starred restaurants, events around the world to watching the mighty Leicester City win the FA cup at Wembley in a VIP suite. I can safely say, none of this would have been possible without Imperial Corporate Events. I love the family feel of the business and how we can come together to achieve pretty much anything. We have been through challenging times, and it brought us even closer together and I am genuinely excited for the future and achieving even more.

My name’s Tanja and I’m a Junior Event Manager. I have been working for Imperial since November 2021. My job role ranges from between the planning of events whilst in the office, to attending events to ensure that everything runs smoothly. I’d have to say my favourite event is the French Riviera Michelin Tour. The Cote d'Azur is such a beautiful location to work in, not to mention the phenomenal experience that is provided by the 2 restaurants that our clients visit. My proudest achievement of my career so far would be the knowledge that I have gained overall within the past year or so. I have developed a much deeper understanding of a large variety of events & have been fortunate enough to experience many fascinating events. Seeing our events come together after all of the hard work is one of the many highlights!

We are looking ... for ambitious and money hungry individuals to join our expanding Sales Executive team. After 20 + years in the business, we believe that sales experience isn't necessarily the most important thing for us, having a great attitude is, the rest, we will teach you. As a Sales Executive, you will:
  • Have the opportunity to attend VIP events
  • Target our portfolio of warm leads
  • Learn and develop knowledge on worldwide sporting and cultural events
  • Account manage existing clients through networking, attending events and client entertainment

  • You will manage your clients' accounts to ensure they return as repeat customers.
The ideal candidate will have a "can do" attitude; be self-motivated enough to go above and beyond expectations; have confidence in their own abilities; and possess excellent communication skills. We provide a very competitive basic salary plus an outstanding uncapped commission and bonus structure. Realistic minimum first year OTE of  £29 - £40k with some of our top Account Managers earning upwards of £150k per year.
