As we know, not all fits one, so we offer the opportunity for you to work your contacted hours between our core hours 8am – 5:30pm

The internal recruiter will pre-screen your CV and should you meet our criteria, we will invite you in for an Impression Session, office tour and a short one-to-one.
Tip: The sessions are designed to be enjoyable – we appreciate you may be nervous, but there’s no need to be! The process is also about deciding if we’re the right company for you.
Once you have been into the office, the internal recruiter and managers will sit down and discuss successful candidates and who best fits our criteria.
Should you be successful, the internal recruiter will give you a call with an offer to join our company! If the offer is accepted, all necessary steps will be taken to welcome you on board!

If you pass our initial pre screening criteria, our internal recruiter will give you a call to discuss the role in more detail and to get to know you a little better.
If we feel you are the right person for the job, and you feel the job is right for you, our internal recruiter will book you in for a telephone interview with our Team Manager in London where they will then have more of a formal chat regarding your experience and the role.
Should you pass the telephone interview stage, we will then invite you into our London office for a formal interview and let you have a go on speaking to some of our clients so you can get a feel for the role! (Don’t worry we will give you provide you with everything you need prior).
Should you be successful, the internal recruiter will give you a call with an offer to join our company! If the offer is accepted, all necessary steps will be taken to welcome you on board!
